Even though I'm feeling smaller this time around, the baby is bigger. At my checkup this morning my midwife gave a rough estimate of 7 lbs. - and we still have at least three weeks to go! This is rather alarming. Fortunately Baby's not the one gaining a pound a week at this point.

I think you do look smaller this time around. Don't get too worked up about the baby's size estimate; those guesses are notoriously off the mark. (They must be right sometimes, or they wouldn't keep doing it; but I've heard many mothers talk about how they were "supposed" to have a huge baby and end up with a very reasonably-sized one after all.)
Can't believe you've got only three weeks to go!
